    This is one of mom's favorite candy recipes, its very easy and very good. Although Dad would prefer that it didn't set up!!

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tea. butter
    1 box (small) Chocolate Cook to Serve pudding
    Pecans, if desired

    Recipe



    Butter a shallow pan or cookie sheet for the fudge. Put all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil full rolling boil, boil for 3 minutes. Remove from stove and add nuts if desired. Beat until candy has cooled and lost its gloss. Pour into pan and let set up.

    If you would like to double this recipe, you may use a large box of pudding instead of two small ones. If you do double the recipe, cook for 5 minutes.
