Great over mashed potatoes!
List of Ingredients
1 Egg -- beaten
2 tablespoons Milk
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 cup FlourRecipe
Combine egg, milk and salt. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough (approx. 1 cup). Roll very thin on floured surface. Let stand 20 minutes. Cut into thin noodles. Let dry 2 hours. Drop into boiling soup and cook uncovered about 10 minutes. Makes about 3 cups of cooked noodles
