    Creamy Crab and Artichoke Dip

    1 pkg. imitation crab flakes
    1(8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
    1-cup mayonnaise
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    1 large can (13.75 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    3/4 cup (3oz.) shredded Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Pre-heat oven to 375°F. In a mixing bowl, blend together cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and place mixture into a glass pie plate. Bake, uncovered, for 15-18 minutes, until heated through and lightly browned.
    Serve with crackers or French bread. Use 1/3-cup mozzarella cheese in mixture. Use 1 finely chopped white onion.
