    Beef Barbecue

    List of Ingredients




    1 5lb. rump roast
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 cup of water
    1 small bottle of KC. Masterpiece Barbecue sauce

    Recipe



    Place the roast in a dutch oven. Sprinkle all sides with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Brown in hot oil on all sides. Transfer to a crockpot & add the water. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours. When ready,drain any juice from the crockpot. Shred the meat with a large meat fork and add the barbecue sauce. Cover and heat through approximately 25-30 minutes. Serve on buns.
