    List of Ingredients


    • 2 envelopes dry yeast
    • 1/4 cup lukewarm water
    • 1 3/4 cups lukewarm milk
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1 TBS. salt
    • 7-7 1/2 cups flour
    • 1/2 cup softened butter or margarine
    • 1 cup sugar with 2 tsp. cinnamon
    • ICING:
    • 2 cups powdered sugar
    • 1 TBS. vanilla
    • Milk (enough for spreading consistency)


    Instructions


    1. Dissolve yeast in water. Scald milk; add sugar, margarine, and salt. When lukewarm, add to yeast. (If mixture is too hot, it will kill the yeast) Add 2 eggs and flour. Knead with your hands for 10 minutes on floured surfaced. Put in greased bowl, turning once so top of dough is greased. Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place until double in size. Punch down dough. Take 1/2 of the dough and roll out with a rolling pin to a 9x12' rectangle. Spread with 1/2 of the margarine.
    2. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture. Roll up and cut into 18 slices.
    3. Put on greased pan. Do second part of dough the same way. Cover and let double.
    4. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
    5. Ice with icing
