Recipe Introduction

This is a moist golden cake with a pineapple topping.

List of Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
10oz. of 7Up



Recipe

Beat the cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil, and 7up till well combined. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13" dish. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.

Topping:
2 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 TBL. flour
1 small can of crushed pineapple, undrained
1 stick of margarine, melted
Cook until thickened. Add 1 can of coconut and 1/2 cup of chopped pecans. Pour on warm cake.
