Banana Cream Cake

Recipe Introduction


It's like having an extra large banana split! Excellent for family gatherings.





List of Ingredients



• 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
  
• 3 sticks of melted margarine, divided
  
• 2 cups of powdered sugar
  
• 1 egg
  
• 6 bananas
  
• 1 lg can of crushed pineapple drained
  
• 1 large container of cool whip
  
• chopped nuts
  
• marschino cherries
  






Instructions



1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with 1 stick of melted margarine. Press into a 9x13" baking dish. Chill for 1 hour.
   
2. Mix powdered sugar, egg, & 2 sticks of margarine. Pour over crumbs.
   
3. Slice bananas and layer over the above mixture.
   
4. Add pineapple then cool whip.
   
5. Decorate with chopped nuts and cherries.
