    Corn Pudding

    List of Ingredients




    1 15oz. can whole corn, drained
    1 15oz. can cream corn
    1 stick of margarine, melted
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 box of Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 16oz. carton of sour cream

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. In a bowl, combine both corn's, margarine, and eggs. Add the cornbread mix and the sour cream and stir well. Pour into baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.
