Recipe Introduction
A delicious cheesey vegetable casserole with a buttery cracker coated topping. Kids of all ages will surely love this jazzed up way of "eating their veggies"!
List of Ingredients
2 pkgs. of California blend vegetables
1 large jar of cheeze whiz
1 whole roll of ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick of melted margarine
Recipe
Cook vegetables until tender. Drain well. Add cheese whiz to vegetables and stir through. Place in a 9x13" baking dish. Stir cracker crumbs and margarine together and pour over vegetable mixture. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted.
