    1/2 -cup butter
    1/3 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 3/4 cup flour
    1 teaspoon soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    Chocolate candy stars

    Recipe



    Beat egg. Add vanilla, salt, sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter and butter. Add flour with soda. Make small balls and press down with a glass dipped in white or colored sugar.
    Bake at 350 degrees about 8 minutes, remove from oven.
    Place a chocolate candy star in the center of each cookie. Press down and return to the oven for a minute or two.
