    Slow Cooked Roast with Vegetables

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 5 lb. roast such as rump or chuck
    • 1/4 cup of water
    • 1 can of golden mushroom soup
    • 4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    • 3 carrots, peeled and cut into chuks
    • 2 stalks of celery, chopped
    • salt and pepper


    Instructions


    1. Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper and place in a dutch oven. Brown in hot oil on all sides.
    2. Place roast in crockpot and add remaning ingredients.
    3. Cover and cook on low heat 8-10 hours.
