Slow Cooked Roast with Vegetables

List of Ingredients
- 1 5 lb. roast such as rump or chuck
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 can of golden mushroom soup
- 4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 3 carrots, peeled and cut into chuks
- 2 stalks of celery, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper and place in a dutch oven. Brown in hot oil on all sides.
- Place roast in crockpot and add remaning ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low heat 8-10 hours.
