    Pistachio Fluff Dessert

    List of Ingredients




    2 cans 17oz. each fruit cocktail
    2 cans 20oz. each pineapple chunks
    2 cans 11oz. each mandarian oranges
    4 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding mix
    2 cups (16oz) sour cream
    1 12oz. cool whip
    chopped pecans, optional

    Recipe



    Drain all fruit reserving 3 cups of liquid. Set fruit aside. Pour juice into a 4qt. serving bowl. Add pudding mix and mix until smooth. Stir in sour cream. Add cool whip and mix until smooth. Fold in fruit; chill for several hours. Just before serving, top with pecans if desired.
