    Stuffed chicken breast smothered in a creamy mushroom sauce is delicious served with rice.


    List of Ingredients


    • 8 slices Armor dried beef (Jar)
    • 8 boneless skinless chicken breast
    • 4 slices of bacon cut in half
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
    • 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 300. Lay one piece of beef on each chicken breast and wrap with a half slice of bacon.
    2. Place in a 13x9" casserole dish, seam side down.
    3. Mix sour cream, soup, and mushrooms together.
    4. Pour over chicken breast and cover.
    5. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice.
