    Recipe Introduction


    The sweet sauce gives these carrots a nice glaze and delicious taste.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. baby carrots
    • 1 cup of butter or margarine
    • 2 TBL. brown sugar
    • 2 TBL. white sugar
    • 1/4 cup of honey
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • dash of cinnamon


    Instructions


    1. In a saucepan, boil the carrots until tender. Drain water.
    2. Add the butter or margarine, sugars, honey, salt. Over low heat bring to a gentle boil.
    3. Stir occasionaly. When the sauce has thickened sprinkle with cinnamon.
    4. Serve while warm.
