    JUST BECAUSE YOUR EATING HEALTHY DOESN'T MEAN YOU HAVE TO GIVE UP THE FINER FOODS OF LIFE! WITH JUST A FEW ADJUSTMENTS, YOU CAN STILL EAT THE FOODS YOU LIKE AND LOSE WEIGHT!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 10" Flour tortilla
    • 1/2 cup of fat free refried beans
    • 2 TBL. of salsa
    • 1 TBL. light sour cream
    • 4 TBL. of fat free shredded cheese


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350. Place tortilla on a baking sheet.

    2. Add the beans,salsa, sour cream, and cheese.
    3. Roll the tortilla up and place seam side down on baking sheet.
    4. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the center is warm and the cheese is melted.
    5. Weight Watchers points-3

    10" flour tortilla= 3 points
    1/2 cup fat free refried beans= 1 point
    2 TBL. salsa= 0 points
    1 TBL. light sour cream= 1 point
    4 TBL. fat free shredded cheese= 1 point
