Recipe Introduction


In 15 years my son has never eaten tuna, until he tried this. Easy and yummy.





List of Ingredients



• One pouch or can of solid tuna, drained
  
• 1 oz. cream cheese
  
• 1/4 c. shredded cheese
  
• 1/8 c. diced or thin sliced roasted red peppers (I like more)
  
• chopped green onion or scallion to taste
  
• 2 med to large tortillas (or more as needed)
  






Instructions



1. Heat frying pan or griddle on stove.
   
2. Mix all ingredients except tortillas in a bowl.
   
3. Lay out a tortilla and spoon some of the mixture on to it. Spread the mixture over half the tortilla, not too thick.
   
4. Fold over and throw into the pan. Flip it over when the cheese starts to melt and the tortilla is starting to golden up.
