Chicken Kabobs

List of Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 large can of pineapple chunks
1 red bell pepper (cut in large pieces)
1 green bell pepper (cut in large pieces)
1 large red onion (cut in large pieces)
6 whole mushrooms (halved)
cherry tomatoes
skewers
Baste:
1/2 cup prepared mustard
3 Tbsp. worchestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. Ketchup
3 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Recipe
Cut chicken in bit sized pieces. Skewer veggies and chicken in any order you
like. Combine all ingredients for baste. Coat the kabobs well with baste. Grill.
Continue to baste often as you turn the kabobs over the fire. (Beef or Shrimp
may also be used although won't be as lowfat.
