    Mom's Chicken Parm

    Recipe Introduction


    This is the way My Mom would make Chicken Parmasan

    List of Ingredients




    1 bag of Boneless Chicken Breasts thawed
    Italian Bread Crumbs
    Parmasan Cheese
    6 eggs
    Oil
    Skillet
    Ragu Pasta Sauce (or you can use your favorite sauce)
    Mozzerella Cheese


    Recipe




    1. Set up Bread Crumbs, Eggs scrambled in a good dipping
    bowl, and 1 plate to put all the raw breaded chicken
    on. Also set up oil in a skillet fill pan half way.
    And put on medium. Mix bread crumbs and Parmasan
    together (about 2 cups bread crumbs and 1/2 cup parm)
    Will most likely need to replenish your bread crumbs
    if they start to become gross and don't stick.

    2. Pick up a raw piece of chicken dip in egg, bread crumbs
    egg and bread crumbs (double coating) Then place onto
    the plate. REPEAT until all done breading.
    Pre-Heat Oven To 375

    3. Drop a piece of the egg breading into the hot oil
    once it turns golden its ready. Get chicken breaded
    pieces and place into the pot. Cook flipping pieces
    until both sides are a little darker then golden.
    To test I just cut them and make sure they aren't pink
    in the middle.

    4. In A Pyrex dish put chicken on the bottom
    layer sauce on top and layer both Parmasan/
    mozzerella.

    5. Bake for 20 mins covered with foil


    Serve with favorite pasta :) Enjoy!
