    1 1/2 pounds of hamburger
    1 egg
    Italian Bread Crumbs
    1 Cup Ragu Tomato Sauce (or you can use your favorite sauce)
    2 Mozzerella Cheese Sticks
    Foil

    Don't Forget To Wash Hands :)

    Pre-Heat Oven to 375

    1. In a big bowl mix up meat, eggs, 1 cup of ragu or sauce.

    2. Pour in about 1 1/2 cups of bread crumbs. If seems too
    moist add a little more breadcrumbs. To dry a little
    more sauce.

    3. Hold two opened cheese sticks in your hand
    Start working meat around those cheese sticks
    Completely covering them so the cheese doesn't come
    out.

    4. Place into a meatloaf pan or pyrex dish

    5. Bake covered for 1 1/2 hours

    6. Pull out and pour 1 cup of sauce to
    the top and bake for an addional 15- 20 mins

    7. Take off foil and bake for 5 mins longer
