    OTHERWISE KNOWN AS CHICKEN FRIED STEAK

    4 cube steaks (about 2 pounds)
    1-1/2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon seasoned salt
    1 teaspoon garlic powder (California style blend)
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup half and half
    Oil for frying

    Recipe




    In a medium size bowl, whisk together flour, seasoned salt, garlic powder, paprika and black pepper. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and half and half. In a large skillet pour about 1/2 inch oil; heat to hot on medium high heat. Place cube steak one at a time in the flour
    mixture and then into egg mixture and then back into the flour. Place in hot oil and cook about 3 minutes on each side until nice and browned. Remove and drain on paper towels
