My husband found this recipe and cooked it for me. It is sooooo YUMMY and Sweet :)

List of Ingredients

4 tablespoons butter
1 (16 oz) bag of frozen corn, defrosted
3 tbsps white sugar
1/3 cup of heavy cream
salt
1/2 tsp black pepper


Recipe

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 4 tbsp of butter. When butter is foamy add the corn stirring and coating in butter. Cook stirring frequently for 1 min.
Add Sugar and cook for 2 mins more. Increase heat to high and add in heavy cream continue to stir so corn won't stick to pan. Add salt and pepper. Cook corn until most all of the cream has absorbed about 5 mins more. Remove and serve hot.
