    This is great and always makes a big hit with all. Grated
    Parmesan cheese may be substituted for the cheddar.

    Yield: 8 to 10 servings

    List of Ingredients





    1 (4-ounce) can diced mild green chilies, drained
    1 (13- or 14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
    4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    For serving: Crackers or chips

    Recipe



    Lightly grease a small to medium-sized casserole. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

    Mix all ingredients well and place in prepared casserole. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot with crackers or chips for dipping.
