    Mini meatballs are served warm in a honey garlic sauce.

    List of Ingredients





    2 large eggs
    3/4 cup milk
    1 cup herb seasoned bread crumbs
    1 cup finely chopped sweet yellow onion
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
    2 pounds ground beef (round or sirloin) or ground turkey

    Sauce

    4 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 cup tangy ketchup
    1/2 cup honey
    2 tablespoons soy sauce

    Recipe





    In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Add the bread crumbs, onion, salt, and pepper and stir to mix. Shape into 1-1/2 ounce balls. Lightly cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Place meatballs on an 11 x 15 x 1-inch baking pan coated with a spray of Canola oil. Bake, uncovered at 400-degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until juices run clear and meat is no longer pink.

    Prepare sauce in a large saucepan or electric skillet. Sauté garlic in butter until tender. Stir in ketchup, honey, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat immediately and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain meatballs and add to sauce. Stir and roll to coat. Simmer and cook through at least 10 minutes.

    Yield: 24 meatballs.
