    Macadamia White Chocolate Cookies

    List of Ingredients





    1/2 cup butter
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    3/4 cup brown sugar, packed firm
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    4 ounces white chocolate baking bar, chopped
    1 (3 1/2 ounce) jar macadamia nuts, chopped (3/4 cups)

    Recipe




    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees . Cream butter and oil together with an electric mixer. Add half of the flour and beat well. Mix in brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and baking powder. Beat in remaining flour. Stir in white chocolate and nuts. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool.
    Servings: 48
