    SALMON IN DILL SAUCE

    List of Ingredients





    1/2 cup dairy sour cream
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    Non-stick olive oil cooking spray
    1 pound salmon fillet

    Recipe



    Combine sour cream, dill, chives, mustard, and lemon juice. Stir until
    smooth and well-combined. Set aside.
    Place fillet, skin side down, on a broiler pan that has been sprayed with
    non-stick cooking spray. Broil 4 inches from source of heat for 10 to 12
    minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning once.

    Cut into 4 pieces. Spoon some of the sauce over the pieces. Serve remaining
    sauce on the side.

    Servings: 4.
