    Source of Recipe

    Recipe Introduction

In a kitchen oven or on your grill
    (Note: The way to cheat!!)

    List of Ingredients

1 slab of pork ribs cut into half
    1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup water 1 cup apple juice (sugar free)
    2 teaspoon black pepper
    3 tablespoons liquid smoke

    Recipe

    1) Mix and let sit.
    2) Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
    3) I use an 8 x 11 x 2 aluminum cake pan and place the ribs in it. Pour the liquid over them, and then seal with heavy duty aluminum foil.
    4) Set in the oven for 1 ½ hours, then check and see if the bones will slip.
    5) Remove, drain, pat dry, and place on a cookie sheet bone side up. Cover with your Bar-B-Q sauce, and put back in the oven to dry out the sauce (Be careful, for it will burn).
    6) As soon as it is dry, turn it over and baste the meat side. How dry is up to you.
