    Ribs with Orange-Ginger Sauce

    List of Ingredients





    1 cup lime juice
    1 cup honey
    3 to 4 Tablespoons soy sauce
    1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger
    5 pounds pork spareribs
    1 cup orange marmalade

    Recipe



    Combine lime juice, honey, soy sauce and ginger.
    Cut ribs into serving-size portions. Pour marinade
    over ribs, cover and refrigerate several hours or
    overnight, turning ribs occasionally.

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove ribs from
    marinade and arrange them on racks in shallow
    baking pans. Reserve marinade. Bake the ribs for
    45 minutes. Drain excess fat from pan. Stir marmalade
    into the reserved marinade. Brush over ribs. Continue
    baking, brushing the ribs frequently with marinade, for
    45 minutes or until tender.

    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
