    Chicken and Mushroom Pasta Alfredo

    List of Ingredients





    1 (9-ounce) package fresh, refrigerated fettuccine
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    4 cups (about 1 pound)fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 pound cooked, chopped chicken breast meat
    1 container prepared Alfredo sauce

    Recipe



    Prepare pasta according to package directions.

    Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a 10-inch non-stick saute pan over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; stir-fry until soft, about 2 minutes. Add chicken, and continue to stir-fry until warmed through, about 3 minutes.

    Stir in Alfredo sauce, stirring until heated through, about 2 minutes.

    Drain pasta. Toss with sauce mixture.

    Servings: 4
