    4 breaded chicken breast fillets, cut into pieces and fried
    2 Tablespoons oil
    1 Teaspoon minced garlic
    1-1/2 Teaspoons grated orange rind
    1 Cup orange juice
    1/2 Cup hoisin sauce
    Dash cayenne pepper
    1/4 Cup sugar
    salt and pepper

    Recipe



    sauté garlic in oil for 1 minute. Add rest of ingredients and bring to boil; cook, stirring for 3 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer till sauce thickens nicely.

    Pour on chicken and serve!
