    Chicken Breast in Orange Sauce

    chicken breast
    1 cup orange juice
    1 cup dry white wine
    3-4 leaves each of: romaine, red leaf and iceberg lettuces
    6 cherry tomatoes
    4 mushrooms, sliced
    orange, sliced

    Recipe



    Marinate chicken breast in orange juice and wine overnight. Remove breast and reduce marinade in pan over low flame, until caramelized (thick and brown). Replace breast in marinade and cook on low fire five minutes. Mix 3-4 leaves each of the lettuces, tomatoes and mushrooms. Arrange on plate. Slice breast into strips, add sliced orange, and mix with sauce. Lay over salad and serve.
