    Chicken Thighs with Honey-ginger Glaze

    List of Ingredients





    1/4 cup honey
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
    2 teaspoons peeled and grated gingerroot
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    Dash of hot red pepper sauce
    1 teaspoon vegetable oil
    4 (about 3/4 pound) skinless, boneless chicken thighs, rinsed and patted dry

    Recipe



    Combine the honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, ginger, Worcestershire
    sauce and hot sauce; set aside. In a nonstick skillet, heat the oil
    over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook 5 minutes on each
    side or until browned. Add the sauce, cover, reduce the heat and
    simmer 10 minutes or until done. Makes 2 servings.
