    1/4 C. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 C. honey
    1/4 C. prepared mustard
    3 T. lemon juice
    1 (21/2 -3 lb) broiler-fryer chicken, cut-up & skinned
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper

    Recipe





    Combine butter, honey, mustard, lemon juice and paprika, stirring well. Lightly sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; place chicken, meaty-side down in a lightly greased 8x12x2-inch baking dish. Pour honey mixture over chicken; cover dish and refrigerate 3-4 hours. Remove chicken pieces from refrigerator but do NOT drain off marinade. bake, covered, at 325º for 30 minutes. Remove cover and turn chicken pieces; bake an additional 30 minutes, uncovered, or until done, basting occasionally with pan drippings.
