    Black Kettle Restaurant Coleslaw

    List of Ingredients





    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon celery seed
    1 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon dry mustard
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup white vinegar
    1 small onion, grated
    1 large head cabbage (about), shredded

    Recipe



    In medium bowl, mix salt, celery seed, sugar and mustard.

    In blender, combine oil, vinegar and onion with dry ingredients and blend about 1 minute. Pour over cabbage and mix until combined. Makes about 8 servings.
