    Italian Market Salad

    List of Ingredients





    12 servings

    2 cups cooked white rice
    1/2 pound cooked ham, diced small
    2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    2 tomatoes, washed, seeded, chopped
    1/2 cup sliced, pitted black olives
    1 green bell pepper, washed, cored, cut into short, thin strips
    4 ounces pepperoni, cut into thin slices
    2 green onions, washed, ends removed, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup Italian salad dressing

    Recipe



    In a large bowl combine all the salad ingredients.

    Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Cover and chill 2
    hours before serving.

    Per serving: 228 calories (58 percent from fat), 15 g fat (5 g saturated),
    11 g carbohydrate, 11 g protein, 617 mg sodium, 32 mg cholesterol, 107 mg
    calcium, 0 g fiber.
