    Yield: 6 servings (about 3 cups)

    List of Ingredients




    3 (7-ounce) envelopes tuna in water
    3/4 cup mayonnaise (see note)
    1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
    1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

    Recipe





    In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Refrigerate. (Viviano's recommends using within 36 hours.)

    For sandwiches, scoop onto Italian bread and serve cold.
