    Pear and Pecan Salad

    List of Ingredients




    3 tbs apple cider vinegar
    4 tsp Dijon mustard
    1 tbs honey
    3/4 cup corn oil
    1 tsp poppy seeds

    Mixed lettuce
    2/3 cup pecans toasted and chopped
    2 pears, peeled and cut into pieces

    Recipe



    Whisk vinegar, mustard & honey in a small bowl to blend.
    Gradually whisk in the oil.
    Mix in poppy seeds
    Season the dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
    Toss lettuce and pecans in a large bowl with enough dressing to cover.
    season with salt and pepper.
    Divide salad among 8 salad plates.
    Toss pears with 1/4 cup dressing, in a small bowl
    Spoon pears onto salad

    8 servings
