    Curry Cheese Spread

    List of Ingredients





    2 oz nonfat cream cheese
    3 Tablespoons nonfat sour cream
    1/4 cup currants
    1/4 cup chopped peanuts
    1/2 cup chopped green onions
    1-2 tsp. curry powder
    celery salt and salt to taste (salt optional)
    1/2 cup mango chutney (mango works well)

    Recipe




    Mix together and chill until ready to use as spread on crackers.

    Yield: 24 servings
