Peanut Butter Cookies

Recipe Introduction


Grandma never came to our house without a batch of these. Her special touch made them melt in your mouth.





List of Ingredients



• 1/2 cup butter
  
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
  
• 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
  
• 1 egg
  
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  
• 1-1/4 cup flour, sifted
  
• 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
  






Instructions



1. Cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla together
   
2. Sift dry ingredients together then blend into creamed mixture.
   
3. Shape into balls and press out with a fork. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and place on cookie sheet.
   
4. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes
   
5. Let cool, remove from pan
