    Recipe Introduction


    This recipe was on a yellowed piece of paper inside grandmothers Betty Crocker cookbook. It was hand written by her. She got it from Aunt Shirley.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can salmon, drained
    • 1 cup crackers, crumbled
    • 1 egg
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 Tablespoons flour


    Instructions


    1. Mix well, shape into patties and roll in cracker crumbs. Fry in hot oil until done.
