Grandmother got this recipe from Aunt Doris Hinson.
Christmas day is not complete if sweet potatoes are not on the table.





List of Ingredients



• 3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1/2 cup milk
  
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
  
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
  
• 1 cup brown sugar
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1/2 cup flour
  
• 1 cup nuts, chopped
  
• 1 stick butter
  






Instructions



1. Combine the first six ingredients and mix well
   
2. Combine the next five ingredients and spread over sweet potato mixture
   
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown on top
