    List of Ingredients


    • 1 quart strawberries
    • 3/4 cup water
    • 4 cups sugar
    • 1 box Sure-Jell


    Instructions


    1. Thoroughly crush strawberries in a large bowl, one layer at a time.
    2. Measure sugar; add to fruit and mix well.
    3. Combine 3/4 cup water and Sure-Jell in sauce pan.
    4. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    5. Stir into fruit mixture-continue stirring for 3 more minutes.
    6. Quickly ladle into jars.
    7. Cover at once with tight lids.
      NO PARRAFIN IS NECESSARY
    8. Let set at room temperature, takes up to 24 hours, then store in freezer.
    9. For use within 3 weeks, may be stored in the refrigerator.
