    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 3 Tablespoons flour
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • 2 teaspoons margarine
    • eggs, hard-boiled


    Instructions


    1. Cook Giblets in salted water until done. Remove giblets from water, let cook and then chop. To liquid add milk, flour, pepper and margarine. Cook until slightly thickened. Add chopped giblets and hard cooked eggs.
