    Serves: 10 (2 strips each)

    List of Ingredients




    5 c. thinly sliced onions
    1 pkg. refrigerated ready-to-bake pizza crust dough (10 oz.)
    7 1/2 oz. reduced-fat Swiss cheese, shredded (or your favorite low-fat or fat free cheese)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

    Spray 10-inch nonstick skillet and heat; add onions and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until translucent, about 2 minutes. Cover and let cook until softened, about 5 minutes; set aside.

    Spread pizza crust dough over bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Spread onions over dough and top with cheese.

    Bake until dough is golden and cheese is melted, about 15 minutes. Transfer pan to wire rack and let cool.

    Cut dough in half lengthwise; cut each half into 10 equal strips.
