    Serves: 6

    List of Ingredients




    2 c. seasoned croutons
    4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded (I use fat-free or low fat)
    4 eggs, slightly beaten or egg sub. equiv.
    2 c. milk (I use skim or evaporated skim)
    1/2 t. prepared mustard
    bacon bits

    Recipe



    In bottom of a butter sprayed casserole dish, combine croutons and cheese.

    Mix remaining ingredients, except bacon bits, and pour over crouton/cheese mixture. Sprinkle bacon bits on top. (May be prepared in advance or overnight)

    Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
