    List of Ingredients




    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 t. celery salt
    8 oz. noodles, cooked according to package directions
    2 (6 oz.) cans water-packed tuna, well drained
    1 1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
    3/4 c. nonfat milk
    1 t. Mrs. Dash onion herb mixture
    1/2 t. white pepper
    Nonstick butter-flavored spray
    1/4 c. nonfat Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped parsley

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Sweat celery and mushrooms in a nonstick pan and sprinkle with salt. Combine with noodles, tuna, sour cream, herb mixture and pepper. Turn into a 2 qt. casserole sprayed with nonstick spray.

    Mix together Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and parsley. Sprinkle over top of casserole and spray wtih nonstick spray.

    Bake, uncovered, for 35-40 minutes.
