    List of Ingredients




    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1 T. margarine (I use low fat)
    2 T. all purpose flour
    1/4 t. black pepper
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
    1/3 c. chicken broth (I use fat-free)
    2 T. sherry (optional)
    8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
    8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese (I use low fat or fat free)
    1 lb. turkey breast, cooked, cut into strips (can use chicken instead)

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 375 degrees.

    Cook mushrooms and green onions in margarine, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are tender, about 7 minutes.

    Stir in flour and pepper. Cook and stir 1 minute. Add evaporated milk, chicken broth and sherry, if desired. Cook stirring occasionally, until sauce is thickened. Remove from heat.

    Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain, rinse and keep warm. In 2 qt. casserole sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, layer half each of spaghetti, cheese, turkey strips and sauce. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.

    Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and hot.
