    These are served at our annual Euchre party.

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. Hamburger
    1 lb. Medium Sausage
    1 lb. Velvetta Cheese
    1 T. oregano
    1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
    3 drops tabasco
    1/2 t. garlic powder

    2 loafs of small bread such as party rye or pumpernickel rye
    usually found in the deli section of most stores

    Recipe



    Cook hamburger and sausage in a non-stick skillet. Drain. Return to skillet, chunk up the cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Add remaining ingredients and stir.

    Remove from heat.

    Spray a cookie sheet. Place bread with mixture placed on top of each one in a single layer on the cookie sheet. Cook in the oven until bread is lightly toasted and mixture is melted to bread.
