    List of Ingredients




    1 can (16 oz.) crushed tomatoes, with liquid
    3/4 c. celery, finely chopped
    3/4 c. red bell pepper, finely chopped
    1/2 c. onions, finely chopped
    3 T. sweet pickle relish
    1 lb. large shrimp, peeled, deveined
    1/4 t. each: salt, pepper, marjoram
    1 Quick and Easy Pizza dough or your favorite

    Pour crushed tomatoes into saucepan. Stir in celery, bell pepper, onions and relish. Bring sauce to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, and cook uncovered 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Mix in shrimp, salt, pepper and marjoram. Continue cooking 5 minutes. Cool.

    Prepare dough. Stretch and press dough over a sprayed cookie sheet, or 15 X 10" rectangular pan.

    Spoon cooled Creole sauce over pizza.

    Bake pizza on lowest rack of oven 10 to 15 minutes or until crust begins to color.

    Cut into squares. Serve hot. This recipe did not give the oven temp to use. I would guess 375 degrees.
