List of Ingredients
4 English muffins, split into halves
2 T. tomato or pizza sauce (1 1/2 t. per each half)
1/2 c. low-fat mozzeralla cheese or cheddar cheese, shredded
oregano (to your taste, enough for each pizza)Recipe
Brush muffins with pizza sauce.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Sprinkle muffins with cheese and oregano. Place on a non-stick cookie sheet.
Bake muffins on lowest rack of oven 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Variation: you could also add cooked mushrooms, onions, green or red peppers, garlic or anything you normally put on pizza.
