    3 c. cooked chicken, cut in pieces
    1/2 c. chicken broth, without fat
    3 slices bread, crumbled
    1/2 c. rice, cooked
    1 1/2 t. salt
    1/4 t. pepper
    1/2 c. milk (I use skim or evaporated skim)
    1 T. onion, minced
    1 T. green pepper, chopped
    1 egg or egg sub. equiv.

    Recipe



    Heat chicken broth and add chicken, crumbs, rice, salt, pepper, milk, onion, green pepper, and beaten egg.

    Press firmly into greased loaf pan and bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour.

    If gravy is desired, use 3 T. flour with 2 c. chicken broth.
